Concierge Booking Rules
To help us provide a smooth and luxurious experience, please review the following guidelines:
- A minimum of $250 in services is required.
- A $75 travel fee is added to the appointment.
- The final location must be provided before confirmation.
- The host must ensure that there is enough clean, safe, and private space for the scheduled services.
- Access to electricity or water may be required depending on the selected treatments.
- Parking, building access, guest-entry instructions, and loading information must be provided in advance.
- All guests must arrive on time and complete any required forms before receiving services.
- Services are available by advance appointment and are subject to availability.
- Full payment or a booking fee may be required to secure the date and time.
- At least 24 hours’ notice is required for approved appointment changes or rescheduling.
- The service minimum and travel fee may still apply if the number of participating guests decreases after the appointment is confirmed.
Specific eligibility requirements, preparation instructions, and aftercare information may apply to certain services.

Concierge Service Minimum and Travel Fee
To reserve a mobile concierge appointment, a minimum of $250 in services is required.
An additional $75 travel fee applies to each mobile appointment. This fee covers the preparation, transportation, setup, and breakdown required to bring the Silhouette & Co experience to your location.

Additional travel charges may apply for locations outside the standard service area, extended travel time, parking expenses, tolls, or special setup requirements. Any additional costs should be discussed and approved before the appointment is confirmed.
